Hooray for Headbands
Feeling blah? Need a little something to jazz things up? How about a fabulous and comfy headband? I've posted a free pattern over on my sidebar, complete with photos. This headband's secret weapon is a length of elastic hidden beneath the ties. Three sizes are included, so dress up the whole family. More free patterns to come!

Great headbands and thanks for the tutorial! I will recommend it to all of my friends. =)

Oh I love these! I just hope I can figure out the directions. I'm not really a great pattern reader for sewing things but I'll sure as heck try! I want to make some for my daughter and for myself! I e-mailed them to the girls who live across the street too. :) Thank you!

Love those! I have made some similar ones (no ties) and they are the greatest things to have around. Very fun and easy! I am going to try out your pattern with the ties.

Love them! I made one up as a trial for my 25 year-old daughter...she loves it! Needless to say, there's a whole stack of fabrics she has picked waiting for me to stitch up for her. I need some too!

What a great accessory! I have a 4-year-old boy with lots of hair (to his shoulders) and since I made him two of these (one in plaid, one in bandana-paisley) he wears them everywhere! He looks adorable and his hair's no longer always in his face. Thank you!

Thanks so much for the extra pics! Now all I have to do is work out whether my scraps are big enough to make one! (Oh the trials of putting an `outfit' together!)
