I LOVE my flutterby book that I made at Inspire, or should I say loved? I gave it to my mother for Mother's Day. However, I still have the extra kit that I purchased. I am saving it for that rainy day that I know will come soon. Now that summer break is here, Roxy wll be begging me for crafty projects to occupy her time! You can take a peak at my flutterby book here http://elizaandcamille.blogspot.com/
It's listed in my archives of May, post title: "A trip worth taking"

Thanks again Heather for an amazing class and a delightful day, you're a true friend.

Congratulations on your bloganniversary Heather! I so love Freshcut...and I am glad I made a quilt to keep from it! So often we give them away and all we have are scraps! Take it slow with the kiddos...all will settle in! I think water is the great common denominator! Splashing all around!! Pam in Chico

I think Freshcut is still my favourite ever fabric collection. I just love it. :-)

Noooooo! Freshcut cannot go away! I raced over to place an order before I even left this comment! It is one of my favorite fabric lines ever! I have a stash that I haven't been able to cut in to, and now I don't know if I ever will!

I am so sad Freshcut is going to away. We still have people asking for it. Glad your home and can't wait for your new line.
Nadine

Ok, so I never comment, but I have to ask: if demand has never gone down, why is it being discontinued? That seems kinda silly to me. My whole reason for planning to learn to sew this summer is so that I can someday be good enough to do justice to your Freshcut fabrics. And now they're going away? Ack. I will never love again. Nor will I ever be able to use your fabric (since I just can't justify buying it when I don't know what I'd actually make or how much I'd need and I love it all [especially the cabbage roses and the dittybuds and the graphic mums and the stripes] and I just can't afford to buy 10 yards [or even 2] of each pattern!). The world is a cruel, cruel place. What shall I do?

Sorry to be all dramatic on you. I realize you brought Freshcut out ages ago. If I'd known there was an expiration date on these things, I'd have picked up my learning pace a bit. :) But maybe you could reuse those flowers in a new line? Maybe?

Oh -Freshcut. It was that fabric line that got me back in to sewing again...and my blog. Such beautiful prints! I still have some but may need to stock up on a bit more!

Um... ADORABLE! The clothespin is my fav!

NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
How am i going to cope. I have made 3 quilts now and my spare bedroom is a shrine to 'Freshcut'. Will just have to make sure i stock up!

Love that butterfly album!

Love the butterfly album. When I was teaching, we used to make tissue paper butterflies using the same clothespin concept and a little pipe cleaner for the antennae (sp?). Love the album. So cute.

LOVE the flutter book! SO cute!

No more Freshcut? NO!!! :)

How original! Love that idea, thanks. :)
I just reviewed the most awesome crafter’s cabinet from The Original Scrapbox
and I wanted to tell you about it! Stop by
my blog to join in the fun!

Heaven help us all survive the first week (or so) of kids home from school!!!

You are truly talented. I am amazing by your talent every time I visit your blog. This Flutterby is so pretty.

I really love the Flutterby album. When my sister passed away, she wanted her daughters to always think of her when they saw butterflies. This is great!

I'm not a scrapbooker but this little album is super cool.

ohhhh noooo! my babyline is so popular because of fresh cut!!!!!!! it's the best!!!!!!! I feel like I am having a break up..broken hearted! :(

if i only had the time to scrapbook. : (

How pretty. I'm so sad I missed you when you were here!.

I just want to tell you, I love your creativity!! When I started blogging, you were one of my favorite inspirations! I would love to invite you to stop by my blog and enter my giveaway if you like! I have designed a very Cute Whimsy Birdie Bag and a Yummy Cupcake Pincushion! I always love stopping by and seeing what creative thing you have done now!! Have a great week!

Hugs,

I'll have to see if there's anything is left.

Lovely designs..

Amazing fabric album shared by you. Please keep it up because the internet needs someone like you spreading the word. I feel fairly strong about this.
